“This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. Be careful on the……

“Overall a very good stay. The location is good, close to Plaza de Armas, the bus station and its walking distance to the old town where most attractions are. The room is new and under good condition. ”

“El proceso de registracion estuvo confuso. No hubo instrucciones con anterioridad y esto causó una larga espera afuera del hotel. El cuarto esta bien solo que la puerta del baño sonaba mucho para abrir y cerrar y deberían repararlas ya que molesta en la noche cuando la gente está durmiendo. “Apart from being a beautiful home…..it is very clean, very spacious, and very comfortable for all. This is a very well kept, maintained, and managed home. The orientation you receive upon check in is terrific. The options in coffee makers was truly appreciated! The location is absolutely fantastic. Great to walk anywhere, and you have buses and taxis very nearby. I always try to give a point for improvement, if there is one, after we have been in a home. Nothing comes to mind, even a few days……

“It was right at the heart of all the cute shops, desserts and restaurants. We were also able to put our luggage inside the property safely in a locker before and after check out, so we didn’t need to worry about booking lockers outside. The staff was also really kind and responsive in answering our questions. The place was safe & the amenities were amazing with the AC, TV, kitchen, in unit washing machine, and the outdoor rooftop pool. I would definitely recommend anyone to have you stay……

“The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times. For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. Additionally, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and……

The location was excellent, steps from many sights and not a long walk from anything we needed, the cab line was close to get to the train on leaving and luggage storage just feet from the door after we checked out.Aside from location, the apartment has a perfect view of orange trees outside and was spacious and cozy for the whole family.
