Pat's Gartenzimmer

This beautifully furnished studio is the ideal base for a city trip to Alkmaar. Pats Garden Room has been decorated with great care, and you’ll feel that the moment you walk in.

**The Space**
You can park your car for free behind the house and enter the garden through a gate. In the garden, you’ll find a charmingly decorated veranda that’s entirely at your disposal.

The bright garden room is accessible through French doors. The room features a mini-movie theater (projector), which you can control from the comfortable bed, a seating area, a beautiful open walk-in shower, and a toilet. It also includes a coffee maker, a kettle, a mini-oven, and a refrigerator. The room is equipped with blackout curtains for extra comfort.

It’s just a five-minute walk to the city center, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or have something delivered. In the room, you’ll find an information booklet with details about the city and the surrounding area.
