Our cozy studio offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It’s situated in a quiet location, yet just a short distance from the bustling city center, the famous cheese market, lively outdoor cafes, and wonderful shops.

**The Space**
The studio accommodates two people and features a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out onto the charming Laat in Alkmaar. After a day of shopping in the city, you can relax in the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV. The studio has a private bathroom with a shower and sink. The restroom is located in the common area, right next to your front door, and is shared with one other apartment. There are a total of four vacation apartments in the building.

During your stay at Studio La Riet, you’ll be just a stone’s throw from the Laat, one of Alkmaar’s most charming shopping streets. Here you’ll find a delightful mix of boutiques, well-known stores, cozy cafés, and inviting outdoor seating areas. Within twenty minutes, you’ll have your feet in the sand on the beaches of Bergen aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee.

There’s a visitor parking permit, which means you can park for free for 3 hours near the property. This is handy for unloading your belongings. After that, we’ll drive a bit farther to find a free parking area and park the car there.
