“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However one required the hands of a lumberjack to turn the shower tap off and on! The couch/sofa is very uncomfortable.”

“整體環境都是蠻好的，就是距離機場有點距離。另外，可能當時我們晚上很晚CHACK IN，接待我們的櫃台阿姨感覺並不親切，態度也強硬，因為隔天一早就要還車上飛機，我選擇默默承受。若可以的話我還是會選擇剛來第一天在機場旁邊的萬豪酒店。”

“The hotel is a bit dated. Yet it's still in good state. Very convenient located right next to the metro station. and it's just within 20 mins to go to key attractions. ”

“Very clean and contemporary. Only problem for us was the shower stall NOT having a glass door so bathroom got soaking wet when we showered! It was noisy at night on the weekend. We loved learning about the history of the apartment complex and restaurants in the neighborhood especially “Seven” which was just down the canal within walking distance!”

“Location was terrible, everything had 5 digital entry codes and no keywords! Air conditioning didn't work and it was 98 outside. Host walked us to our room which was very nice but refused to take the elevator that she made us take. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, would not recommend walking anywhere.”

“We stayed in Room 9, which is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. It's a little far away from the metro station but within managable walking distance.”

“Close to 20 minute walk to Central station, not too close, but can do with luggage. Bathroom is newly decorated while the rest are nice and clean. People at 24 hour desk is nice and helpful. Got a slow elevator but it’s much better then without.”

“One long flight down from street level with no elevator. So not for anyone over sixty with luggage. Out in the periphery with nothing near of interest. A taxi ride to anything worth visiting in Milan. They offer coffee but no breakfast.”

“Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it. The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it. I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired……

“Des chambres spacieuses - une literie un peu dure, le personnel est sympatique. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant car il était fermé. Le petit déj est juste correct”

“Not close to center but with good price and the room is big also it has kitchen.but for the first night,the door are knocked by strangers and the reaction of reception is slow.”
