“We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. The only other thing is the walk to public transportation, the busses seemed unreliable and the walk to the train station is about 16 minutes, however you……

“This hotel was conveniently located very near the airport, a gas station for the rental car, and a theme park with several restaurant options. I ordered wine and a bottle was brought to my room with snacks included which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly. The room was dark and quiet with a nice carport.”

“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However one required the hands of a lumberjack to turn the shower tap off and on! The couch/sofa is very uncomfortable.”

“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. Secondly, there was lift in the hotel so I could go to my room easily with my heavy luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. I felt very cozy. The decoration of……

“Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it. The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it. I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired……
