「Costumer service the worst ever. We tried to cancel our stays , Expedia tried to contact with them, and they declined all requests. There’s no human understanding—it’s strictly business. Disappointed」

「Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However one required the hands of a lumberjack to turn the shower tap off and on! The couch/sofa is very uncomfortable.」

「Very disappointing experience at Limehome Milan Park Tower The building looks modern and new from the outside, but inside was a completely different story. The apartment was poorly maintained, with a shower door that leaked water onto the bathroom floor and a bathroom door that would not close properly. Photos are attached. The biggest issue was the AC. 「Location was terrible, everything had 5 digital entry codes and no keywords! Air conditioning didn't work and it was 98 outside. Host walked us to our room which was very nice but refused to take the elevator that she made us take. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, would not recommend walking anywhere.」

「Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it. The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it. I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired...

「Close to 20 minute walk to Central station, not too close, but can do with luggage. Bathroom is newly decorated while the rest are nice and clean. People at 24 hour desk is nice and helpful. Got a slow elevator but it’s much better then without.」

「One long flight down from street level with no elevator. So not for anyone over sixty with luggage. Out in the periphery with nothing near of interest. A taxi ride to anything worth visiting in Milan. They offer coffee but no breakfast.」
