I took that as a one-time fee of $25.00 for one night regardless of how many pets you have. When I checked in they changed it to 25.00 per pet. I brought it up that is not what is stated on Expedia. 「Bed was horrible, both wife and I woke up with back pains every morning for 3 days. Pool seemed to change rules daily on what you could do and not do. First day ordered a “bucket” of beer so they put ice in a Walmart sack and 6 beers. Second day we bought a little bag cooler and was told they don’t sell “buckets” of beer. I could buy six but they had to open every aluminum bottle. Wasn’t the case the day before. Never a luggage cart on day we arrived or day we left. If we even want to talk...

「We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.」

「The picture for our room showed a couch but there was no couch when got there other than that enjoyed the stay room was clean and pool was very enjoyable for my little!」

「This gem is hidden and I hope won’t change. Check in was ok- a few pieces of info was not given but the night staff were very helpful. Checkout was great. Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the city view room and the views are well worth the upgrade. Room is spacious and great layout. The bed was too soft for me so I didn’t sleep well. Overall stay was great.」

「To start the check-in was ridiculous, the room, door frame had obviously been forcibly entered more than once, there was garbage on the floor, stains on the bedding multiple stains, the air conditioning unit worked but the directional piece was broken, the table and chairs had food residue on them. I checked out around 9pm and found other accommodations. Zero stars would not recommend」

「Kids loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was excellent」

「Hall doors slam so hard they jolt you awake at night. Paper thin walls and ceilings mean you hear other guests walking and yelling. Baseboards around the room falling away from walls. Box spring covers dirty and carpets not cleaned behind beds so debris and bugs. Shower head didn’t work well. Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast very sparse and cheap. At least I got the Expedia discount as it truly wasn’t worth the full price. Only basic tv channels.」
