Violation and Eviction Warning



Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties, weddings, or receptions.



Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 guests and 4 vehicles. These limits are enforced and patrolled 24 hours a day.



Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day may result in guest fines of up to $2,000, in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner.



Failure to follow the no-party policy may result in immediate eviction.



This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups.

Tahoe is home to many animals. Guests may encounter bears, raccoons, mice, and other wildlife in or near the home. Meadows are also home to many rodents, and when these areas fill with water or snow, animals may move closer to nearby homes.
