Set in a wooded garden (2200m²), the villa offers comfortable outdoor amenities including a saltwater pool, a large swing set, an outdoor kitchen, and a pétanque court. This 260m² property will charm you with its character, tranquility, and comfort. All common areas are covered by high-speed Wi-Fi and open directly onto the pool. All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with fans or air conditioning. It is fully fenced. Secure parking on site. We offer you two distinct spaces in the "REPOS" villa: - 3 bedrooms with double beds - 1 Coffee-bar/Bar/Foosball area - 2 bathrooms - 2 separate toilets - 1 living/dining room - 1 SAS consisting of an office space (high-speed internet) - 1 fully equipped kitchen Next, we arrive at the "LA DETENTE" house - 1 Sleeping area furnished with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 shower room - 1 separate WC - 1 living room with games (ping-pong, billiards) - 1 kitchenette - 1 TV area with books, board games and toys for all ages - 1 laundry area.
