「The place is truly a gem. It’s closer to the entrance of the RMNP, which we found to be convenient, and not in the hustle and bustle of the town. Location is busy during the day but gets quiet in the evenings, we could hear elk bugling in the mountains, which we enjoyed. Cozy cottage gives you a mountain feel. Would definitely recommend this place and will return! 」

「We enjoyed the convenience of this property. Once we were parked after our daily excursions, we could walk into downtown Boulder for dinner and entertainment. The parking spot is tight if you have a larger vehicle. Helpful tip: the thermostat in the bedroom only controls the heat. The unit in the living room provides the AC. The host helpfully offered ice packs and hiking poles after I sprained my wrist. :)」

「We have stayed 3 times. The first and Third trips were difficult as they were upstairs units with 60 degree stair incline 16 stairs. The second trip was a cabin experience which was wonderful. My recent knee surgery made us check out of upstairs room. Just to painful. We stayed 7 nights of the 8 night stay.and forfeited Last day . The facility needs private handicapped parking. We also did not have River access or barbecue pit access. The balcony chairs were beach level chairs. Expensive stay...

「We,ve stayed here 3 times out of our 6 trips to Colorado. Easy check in. Staff are friendly, and work hard for the owner. Great group of workers. The cabin,s are surrounded by beauty, mountains, nature and peacefull as beautiful. The cabins are cute as anything, fully stocked and the beds are comfortable.each cabin has a deck.there,s gas stations, grocery store right there, so convenient. We give them a 5 star rating, because they deserve it.」

「Charming 3 bedroom cottage. The bedrooms are all spaced out which is perfect for families with older children. Everything is on one level (no stairs) making it convenient for individuals with mobility issues. Living rooms is quite spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This cottage has no AC which is common in mountain communities but we were grateful that there were plenty of fans on property to help cool the house down. I was a little disappointed that you have to provide your own hand...
