Location is good and close to AirPort Express bus stop. Air con is good too. But no need present room key to use the lift and enter the hotel building, also no door lock on the door seems not secure enough.

Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. ...
