It was a private room with limited cooking facilities, the hot plates didn't work as to the instructions and it would have been a good idea to have a notice in the room that washing up and teatowel were available at a small cost. There was NO cutting board or suitable utensils for cooking.

EXCELLENT.

Ce très bel hôtel est très bien placé car situé en pleine ville à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Parking privatif au pied de l'hôtel. Excellent accueil à la réception. Studio très propre, vaste, tout confort et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le calme absolu. A recommander.

Tres bel hotel, mais confort global a ameliorer

Personne a l'arrivée ni au depart. Chambre sans clim, verres qui ont un gout de produit vaisselle, pas df limiere dans le couloir de l hotel, robinet mal fixe, pas de savon dans la salle de bain, environnement tres beau, mais on sent que lhotel etant imlense, moins de soin est apporte dans les chambres.

Très beau cadre reposant et idéal pour curiste cependant infrastructures vieillissantes de l’hotel : un bon rajeunissement est URGENT Une petite ambiance musicale (en fond sonore)rendrait moins triste cet hôtel Il serait judicieux également d’apporter une solution olfactive avec diffuseurs pour éviter cette mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs et ascenseurs J’ai signalé également que les fumeurs devant l’entrée incommodent car tout remonte aux chambres côté parking

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a soggiornare perché siamo rimasti a piedi con la macchina a Susa. Ho chiamato varie volte l’albergo, lasciando un paio di messaggi in segreteria, ho inviato varie mail per avvisare del problema avuto e che dovevamo tornare a casa. Comunicazione e assistenza clienti uguale a zero.

Pas d'accueil, juste remise des clés. propriété vieillissante . belle entrée et réception d'époque. mais chambre exiguë. pas de savon. Très joli et grand bâtiment avec un grand parc dans son jus . Appartement spacieux pour 6, mais avec une très mauvaise insonorisation. Équipents vieux mais fonctionnels sauf plaque de cuisson à changer. Wifi parfait mais très mauvaise réception des chaînes de la TV. Sanitaire ok.

J’ai réservé un studio mais en arrivant ce n’était pas un lit mais un canapé lit Pas de photos conformes sur le site La dame a l’accueil m’a généreusement surclassée. L’ appartement était propre mais vieillissant et délabré et sans aucun produits d’entretien, ni torchon cuisine ni produit vaisselle ni éponge … Heureusement la literie était neuve et très confortable
