Bath tub/Shower needs to be replaced. Black mold around and in the rings around the washcloth bar. Tub has red around the drain which is usually a sign of Serratia. Floor wall molding is separated from wall in bathroom. Toilet seat does not fit the toilet. The shower curtain is nice and new not stained or dirty. I do not care for multi use bath wash or shampoo. Who knows what is in the containers. Lots of plugs for media devices was great. TV was OK with multiple channels. The little fridge didn’t have a freezer which we needed. But it did work and needs to be bolted down. A dimmable light over the vanity would be nice for those early mornings when you don’t want to wake up others. The hot tub was very nice and had plenty of towels to dry off. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Soda in lobby was reasonable. Brfst buffet was excellent All staff we encountered were very nice and friendly. Well lit parking area was very nice for safety at night.

Very kind staff. Manager Chris was very kind. He provided us with free water, showed us our room en gave our two children some popcorn en candy. Breakfast was good with enough options. Room was clean en beds were comfortable. Hotel was located near some powerplants en there was not much to do in Alliance, but no dealbraker. Highly recommend!

The night desk clerk, Chris, was the nicest most accommodating clerk we have ever experienced! The room was clean, the beds comfy and the breakfast had a great selection of items- from eggs to oatmeal- the town of Alliance is blessed to have such a great operation.

Building condition was fair. Shower had a loose part hanging around the faucet, and low water pressure. Carpet in hallways appeared old and dirty. Breakfast was horrible. Juices were diluted down to almost water. Eggs were dry. The staff was very friendly, though.

This was a very nice place to stay in Alliance. Greag was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic! We especially loved the oatmeal bar. The room was clean and the area was nice.

I reserved our room online 10 days ahead of our stay and received confirmation for it but when we got there they said they didn’t have a room for us as they had just seen our reservation a few minutes before we arrived there. But then shortly after they managed to have a room for us after they said they didn’t have any left? Don’t know what was going on with that.

We originally booked for 4 nights, but had to cancel our last night because of family emergency. After several calls with the manager the cost of staying 3 nights was going to be more than the cost to stay 4 nights. So I imagine the room was booked a second time as it was the begining of the Sturgis Motorcycle event and there were lots of bikers passing through. What did we get for our upcharged 3 night stay. Motel 6 quality at Raddison prices. Hard to find anything in the Breakfast bar worth eating, noisy airconditioner, lumpy pillows, slow wifi, the door did not latch without a hard pull, & card key that took 4 or 5 swips to work. I recommend staying at one of the other Hotels in Alliance.

Neu renoviertes Hotel. Das Personal super freundlich, zuvrokommend und super hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Lobby ist sehr schön hergerichtet. Es gab leise Musik und auff der Ampore konnte man es sich in Sesseln gemmütlich machen. Nur das Kaminfeuer im Fernsehen hätte es bei über 30 Grad draußen nicht gebraucht :-) An der Rezeption gibt es einen kleinen Kisosk. Der Frühstücksraum ist ziemlich klein für solch ein großes Hotel, aber es gab eine schöne Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt fast am Stadtrand; die Umgebung ist nicht wirdklich schön, aber man konnte dort gut übernachten.

This hotel is under new management and going through some growing pains. They are trying to spruce it up, but it is still pretty, you can still smell the smoke from the old days, it’s still pretty tattered and the services are minimal at best. They ran out of everything - coffee, milk, even extra blankets. They were nice, but it was a very aggravating night. I don’t recommend.

We were greeted with a smile. The clerk gave our son and treat so he would have energy for the swimming pool. The rooms and facilities were clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a great find! I would stay here again, if I’m in the area.
