「We stayed at Armathwaite Hall for one night and it was superb. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and little touches made our stay very memorable such as a glass of prosecco on arrival and a card and some chocolates in my room for my birthday. We stayed in a Club room which was very spacious. We ate in the dining room which was pricey but the food was exquisite so worth the money. 「Room is very basic. Breakfast is basic. Nice chef though, came specially to apologise for the limited options. In general the B&B is overrated extremely overpriced. Not happy at all that I booked it」

「I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but next time I would request a different room. The room was extremely hot like a sauna even with the heating turned off and the window open. It was located above the pool, and you could feel the heat coming up through the floor. I dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent.」
