Appartement convenable pour un couple et un enfant. Accueil chaleureux, clic clac confortable, lits superposés pour enfants car très étroits. Bien équipé avec le coin cuisine, petit frigo et salle de douche. Le parking de la résidence est un plus très pratique. L’accès aux pistes est à 100m au niveau de la Tête Noire. Il y a un bon restaurant au pied de l’immeuble et une supérette. Bon rapport qualité prix, séjour très agréable dans cette station.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille,magnifique paysage.Le gérant pour la remise des clés sympathique ainsi que la propriétaire que nous avons eu au téléphone.Mais concernant le studio il n'est pas adapté pour 4 adultes, l'état de propreté laisse vraiment à désirer et aucune connexion internet.

Ce logement est très agréable. Très bien situé au pied des pistes ,avec tout à proximité. Un parking permet de garer la voiture facilement . Jolie vu sur la montagne , cet appartement est très bien équipé , très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Merci

Appartement bien situé, plein soleil, belle vue. Très pratique car commerces au rez-de-chaussée. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien. Les lits superposés sont uniquement pour les enfants car minuscules et celui du bas est vraiment très très bas ;) il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Plaques chauffantes obsolètes. Le tout mériterait une rénovation.

L'appartement est très agréable et correspond en tous points à sa description et photos sur le site. Très bien chauffé, bien équipé (il manque néanmoins une pelle à neige, bien pratique pour déneiger la voiture, il est tombé plus d'1 mètre durant notre séjour...) La station est agréable dans l'ensemble. Le rapport qualité prix de cette location est très bon. Un point d'amélioration à voir avec le syndic : le temps de minuterie de la lumière dans le skiroom est vraiment trop court...

Appartement très propre, lumineux, bien équipé et très bien situé. + : alimentation, restaurant, boulangerie, charcuterie et magasin de location de ski en bas de l'immeuble + : parking privé au pied de l'immeuble + : remontées mécaniques à une cinquantaines de mètres de l'immeuble. + : appartement avec ascenseur + : appartement très bien chauffé Pour conclure, je conseillerai cette location à mes proches et y retournerai très certainement.

Location idéale pour randonner dans le Val d'Allos

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans un appartement très bien agence et très bien équipe. Nous avons apprécié la boulangerie et le petit commerce juste au rez de chaussée de la location. Pour les amateurs de randonnees, la location est idéale pour découvrir le Val d'Allos et très calme après une journée très sportive. Nous reviendrons très certainement, nous avons très envie de découvrir l'endroit en hiver et profiter des 230km de pistes! Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très beau studio qui correspond exactement aux photos, avec vue imprenable et le son de l'eau de source qui coule en bas fenêtre ouverte, très agréable. Très bien isolé, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. L'appareil à raclette fonctionne à merveille! Appartement très propre, très bien situé dans un site magnifique. En intersaison, la neige est encore là mais praticable en chaussures de randonnée; nous avons ainsi pu faire 2 belles randos, dont celle du lac d'Allos (plus haut lac naturel d'Europe) qui était encore gelé : paysage lunaire spectaculaire, tranquillité surprenante, marmottes observables. 9h de marche en 2 jours pour notre plus grand plaisir, plaisir des yeux et des oreilles, avec la chance d'avoir un bon clic clac pour se reposer le soir! nous recommandons vraiment ce joli studio car il a tout pour plaire et l'environnement est juste splendide. Merci à la propriétaire pour la relation de confiance qu'elle a établit avec nous, nous reviendrons avec joie. Un séjour dépaysant et revitalisant!
