We enjoyed the the house overall, despite floors being dirty upon arrival and dealing with ants and spiders. It met our needs as family of 5. Plenty of space.

Nice house, great space for a family.

Overall the house meet our needs for our stay on Treasure Island, Should be noted to get down to the house with your gear and food is 39 steps. Elderly would have issue with this.

Beautiful Puget Sound getaway!

Nice getaway

Nice house with direct access to the beach. The road around the island is a really nice walk with interesting homes, art and gardens. People were all very friendly, only a few minutes to get to some nice restaurants and grocery stores.

Great location, comfortable house. But watch the ants

We had a relaxing 2 nights here and it allowed for some wonderful family time. Plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were fine. They also had paddleboards available so we didn't need to bring ours. That's a plus and they should advertise that. Ants were a very big problem in the kitchen. We couldn't leave any food out as it would be covered with ants within an hour or two. Dishes left in the sink overnight were covered in ants. Additionally, the deck and railings could use a powerwash as there was a lot of moss and mildew growing on them. Other than that, the house was clean though.

Good house for a family if you can climb stairs. The amount of stairs was a surprise. . Location on the water was fabulous for kayaking. We thought it would be easy to get our kayaks down to the water from the parking area - NOT. We ended up driving to the community beach area to put our kayaks in. Saw a gray whale!! We still had a great time. Ants on the counter. Pest control needs to visit.

Great location but lots of steps

Get ready for some cardio. Lots of steps to get to the house. It’s a great location to explore Pudget Sound. Good value for the cost.

While the property itself was probably closer to a 4 the overall experience was probably closer to a 1. They leave out that there is 38 steps to get into or out of the home. While that is not terrible it should be mentioned or pictured. The hand rails are old and if you actually need to use them, expect some splinters.The property is NOT a VRBO is a managed property by another online rental service using VRBO to rent thier properties. Prepare for emails soliciting extra money for your stay. Lots of spam emails for things you are not interested in. Spam texts. Besides the splintery handrails, there was a plug that when we tried to unplug the cord because it did not work, it basically pulled the plug almost completely out of the wall. The pots and pans and other kitchen items were holy dollar tree cheap. The pizza cutter looked like it was Baby's First Pizza Shop toys.

Absolutely loved being on this small private island. Home was very comfortable. Gorgeous beach. Tons of deer and water critters to watch. Lots of stairs down to the house. I'd definitely go back!

Good location - needs to be cleaned

The location property is great. Thankfully the reviews stated the stairs, but this should definitely be listed in the property rental as we had elderly and children in our group. The house is located down several stairs that are hard to climb with all your luggage. The house itself could be really great. A large open space that is great for large groups. However, it was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. There was no mop on site to even do ourselves. We also killed 9 spiders and there were many spiderwebs in all rooms that could help this issue. Another thing to note is the two bedrooms downstairs can hear every footstep upstairs. They have noise machines in both rooms, but even with those you can hear everything on the main floor for anyone trying to sleep downstairs. Could be a great house if they up their cleaning standards.

Very Relaxing

Although we only live an hour away, it still feels like a totally different area. We enjoyed the quiet the most, but the view of the water and the quick walk to the beach were also awesome! I think we saw a total of 5 people on the beach or on their decks which made it feel even more private. Our dogs loved going down to water, splashing around and chasing their ball. The water was still too cold to go all the way in, but it was still fun to put my feet in. Great place, we will come back for sure, Thank you!

Great for Big families

We loved that there was a firepit. The downstairs wasn't aesthetically pleasing but it was spot to let the kids have some indoor playtime. The posting isn't very detailed, we had to go there and find out. All in all it was a good time! PS the drain works on all showers now. Also you should take the pictures of any damages when you first get there.
