Between the golden sand and the immense blue sea of Fonte da Telha, and the peacefulness of the Aroeira forest, you will find this little house with open doors to welcome you.
A privileged place where you can enjoy Nature, the green, the peace, and the fresh air of the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the woods, cycle to the beach, or simply relax on the porch or roof, and watch the sunrise or sunset.
Leisure Little House consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and 1 kitchenette, and is fully equipped to make you feel satisfied in a family atmosphere.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to dine. It also has a fantastic outdoor space where you can have your barbecues in the tranquility of this property. It has an area for outdoor dining, and 2 leisure areas.
You can park your vehicle inside the property.
It also has 2 bicycles for guests to enjoy.
Leisure Little House is 2kms from the fantastic beaches of Fonte da Telha.
At Fonte da Telha you will also find a wide range of restaurants and nightlife units.

This is a pleasant cottage in an area that is being redeveloped. There is a vacant lot all around it but it is very secure with a fence around it and a locking gate. It is a great place if you have dogs and is close to the beach and restaurants.

Een lief klein huis met veel zitruimte buiten, zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Huis voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Restaurant op loopafstand. Voor de supermarkt en het strand is eigen vervoer fijn om te hebben. De bus is op loopafstand, dus ook een goed alternatief. De gastvrouw is zeer goed bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. Een fijne plek om vakantie te vieren.

Schönes kleines Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem hübschen, kleinen Haus. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, nur kurze Wege zur wundervollen Küste und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Andreia ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Een vrijstaand huisje dicht bij strand én Lissabon .....

Een vrijstaand huisje naast een perceel met dennenbomen wat veel schaduw geeft op warme dagen. Mogelijkheid om achter en voor het huis te zitten. Met smaak en aandacht ingericht - keuken gedateerd, maar ruim voorzien van keuken apparatuur - goede bedden en kussens. Strand, zee, duinen dichtbij en eventueel te bereiken per fiets ( 2 fietsen beschikbaar). Wilt u naar Lissabon dan kunt u dit doen met het openbaar vervoer bus en ferry. Een adres om terug te keren. Van de verhuurder vele tips gekregen over de omgeving.

A Cozy Little Gem

This little house and surroundings are just adorable. It's stocked with everything you'll ever need for a super pleasant stay (including 2 bicycles and a mini swimming pool). It's a perfect home base for taking day trips or just hanging out. If you don't feel like journeying too far out, you've got the beautiful beach, great restaurants and supermarkets all within 5 minutes drive. If that's not enough, the host, Andreia is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She has a vast knowledge of the area and can suggest an endless list of things to do depending on where your interests lie. The only downside about this visit is that we had to leave. We'll be back!

Everything you need is in the home. Yes it is in the country side in a nice little local town feel. Close enough to what you need such as Grocery store, Cafe, mall etc. Close enough by uber! ANDREIA is very patient and accommodating to your needs and very accessible to reach in case of issue. Really made our trip go off problem free! Definitely will be back there if I come back to Portugal

Adorable

Location, location, location. This cute tiny house is in a quiet lot, surrounded by pine trees with all the amenities you need and yet is close to everything. Beaches are at walking distance, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s a jewel in the middle of beautiful homes and if you like to golf, it is at walking distance from Aroeira 1 and 2 golf courses. Aroeira 1 is considered by Portuguese golf society as being one of the courses on which 'to be seen playing'. As one of the better courses in Portugal, the Aroeira 1 golf course has hosted the Portugal Open in 1996 and 1997, and also the Ladies Open and the Qualifying School of the Ladies European Tour. The tiny house has bicycles for you to use around as well. We loved it there and would love to go back again.

Très bon séjour

Très belle location pour passer un agréable séjour reposant. Location un peu loin des commerces mais non isolée. A 10 minutes des belles plages avec beaucoup de petits restaurants typiques. La propriétaire Andréa est une jeune femme très sympathique et serviable à l 'écoute de ses locataires. Nous garderons un tres bon souvenir de nos vacances à Aroeira.
