Great apartment for families (with children), 100m from the beach. Beach area suitable for surfing and close to the golf course. Very close to the city of Lisbon (by car, about 20 minutes from the center). It has a pool for collective use. It is equipped with washing machines and dishwashers, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron, television, bed linen, towels and crockery. It has internet and cable tv. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Close to all types of trade.

Apartamento agradável, com cozinha totalmente equipada. Boa limpeza geral. Ótima localização, com a praia a escassos metros e vários serviços. A única crítica negativa vai para o estacionamento, reservado a residentes. Contudo, próximo do centro há estacionamento gratuito.

Apt. is very clean, efficient, and close to beach and has everything you need. Nice pool on top of the 8th floor. The apt, however, has no AC and bathroom is tight.

Eenvoudig maar schoon appartement voor een verblijf met bezoek aan lissabon. Plaatsje is een gezellige badplaats.

Schöne Vorsaisontage an der Costa da Caparica!

Die vorgefundene Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, vom Pflaster, über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, bis zum freien Internet-Zugang. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus, Taxi, Ozean alles vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch war problemlos und der Willkommenskorb eine schöne und sinnvolle Überraschung. Leider war der Pool wegen Renovierung/Revision nicht zugänglich, aber da der Ozean vor der Tür liegt, war das nicht schlimm. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Obrigado!

nice apartment at a great location

We had a lovely stay. At arrival André was waiting for us (we were late but he was very patient), and he surprised us with a basket with groceries). Apartment is clean and there was enough space for us (2 adults and 1 child). Location is super, the beach is just opposite the street.

Nettes Apartment zwei geh Minuten vom Wasser

Anfang Mai diesen Jahres hatte ich eine erholsame Woche in Costa Caparica zum Surfen. In dem Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war sauber, zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt und Ruhig. empfehlenswert!
