Spend 4 days at Fontana View 2. Views as beautiful as advertised. The living space was comfortable and spacious, perfect for family time. The two upstairs master suites were perfect to end the day. Will definitely book here again.

We loved our stay here! The house had gorgeous views. The fireplace was beautiful. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub which also had amazing views.

Have stayed at several rentals in the area, but none I would rent a second time. I’d come back to this one every year, though. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay.

The property was nice but you can tell it was not someone's weekend home.....it was definitely a rental company. There were several things that were not maintained well. That being said, it was a wonderful time with amazing views. Very comfortable beds and a great location for outdoor activities. I would recommend this place with the understanding that it is in a rental pool and not a personal residence.

We had a lovely stay at this mountain resort and loved the location. It was peaceful and relaxing. The view is absolutely stunning and we could have stayed on the porch the entire time. We did drive into Bryson City a few times and enjoyed the small town. The drive up wasn’t made very clear in the listing. It’s winding and steep…a truck is your best best to get to the place…cars will work, but I could imagine it would be difficult in heavy rain or winter conditions. The only complaints I had was the mattress could use updating, the upstairs bedrooms seemed to be stuffy at night, and the hot tub cover had a nest of fire ants. Overall, the place was wonderful and I would stay again…I gave it 5 stars overall. You should definitely try this place.

We would give this 5 stars based on the cabin and view, but how the amenities were portioned out and signs that list charges if something is damaged or taken felt cheap. We also have rental property in VRBO so we understand rental issues. Dishwasher and washer soap pods counted out and put in baggies, no cleaning or disinfectant products available, limited number of dishes, glasses and cooking tools, remote for main TV missing, and charging by the hour if you check in early brought the perception of this beautiful cabin down to a motel feel. We provide and at other 5 star rentals we’ve stayed in provide full size soaps, cleaning products, place settings for 10 , full set of cookware, bake ware, and if possible we let our guests check in and out beyond set times. This is what a 5 star accommodation does to make you feel comfortable. I put the onus on the management company.
