“A very quiet area off the beaten path at hornell. An excellent alternative to the Hampton inn”

“Very clean, well lite and safe environment around the property, loved it”

“I loved the property! Very cute and clean! It was comfy and host was great!”

“Very clean and a great location for my visit to Hornell. ”

“Loved the view at the house on Demmon Lake. Cozy and cute!”

“We enjoyed our week at the Lake House. The ATV riders enjoyed the access to the trail and the fishing off the dock was fun. Great place for family fun. The house was well stocked with supplies and the hosts provided great communication and information. We were irritated with the amount of flies that were able to come inside and would recommend some window and door screen repairs to limit pests.”

“Absolutely loved this lodge - beautiful well stocked kitchen, along with treats! Pictures do not do this place justice - it was stunning inside & out…. Peaceful setting, and close enough to state parks Stony Brook & Letchworth, as well as if someone wanted to take a quick wine tour thru the Finger Lakes! Would absolutely book again!”

“What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. The view from the deck over looking the fields and pond was amazing. With the use of the provided binoculars you could see for miles. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.”

“We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. ”

“What a great cabin. The view from the deck was amazing, and the cabin was truly secluded. We brought our dog, Kane, who also had an amazing time running up and down the slope of the property. They had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our trip. I came for the stars in the dark sky, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. ”

“Cute little place in a nice small town.”

“I booked a mother-daughter weekend getaway at Dell Collective's Cabin 19A, and it exceeded our expectations. The cabin was beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly homey. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and gather in the evening for drinks and conversation. The hot tub, located just outside the porch, was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Cabin 19A is in a fantastic location for anyone visiting the Geneseo region or……

“The apartment was very cute and cozy with great old wood floors and accents. My only complaint is when we got there, it was 88 degrees in the upstairs apartment. There were several AC units, but they were all off and it took a few hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We had breakfast downstairs the next morning and the food and staff were amazing!”
