Perfect location

We could not have asked for a better apartment for our vacation! The location was easily accessible by walking to beaches, Old Town, the Castle, parks, dining and grocery shopping. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again!

2023/24 Weihnachten und Neujahr in Almunecar

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung in einer perfekten Umgebung und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein besonderer Dank an Joana für Ihre aufmerksame und fürsorgliche Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Objekt hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Bei Joana möchte ich mich auch noch für die problemlose Abwicklung bedanken. Auch das Gebäude, in dem die Wohnung ist, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nochmals, besten Dank für alles.

Perfect location.

This is a great apartment right on the beach front. It's location is perfect to explore all 3 beaches of Almunecar, and also close enough to the town centre & old town to walk and explore all around the town. The apartment had everything required for a stay and a great balcony for watching the sun set. Well worth a visit. I'm sure we'll be back there again some time.

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Location, mit toller Lage, Wohnung im 9. Stock mit Kindern gut über 3 Aufzüge erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich ausgestattet und wunderbar für 4 Personen nutzbar.

Nice floor plan, clean, good equipment, nice view from windows and balcony

we arrived late late in the dark and had a little time to find the place where the key was to be picked up. Next day in bright sunshine everything was perfect. Very good location near teh beautiful beach.

Trámites con la dueña sencillos y rápidas respuestas por su parte. El piso está bien ubicado, cerca del centro y de la playa. Limpio y con todo lo necesario. Mobiliario sencillo y funcional. El sofá es muy cómodo, pero los colchones eran un punto a mejorar según nuestra opinión. Por lo demás la estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Bel appartement bord de mer

Appartement en très bon état général, fonctionnel, coquet et très bien équipé situé dans un immeuble calme et très bien entretenu en première ligne de plage. WIFI parfaite et literie très correcte. A noter cependant que l'appartement ne mesure pas 90 m2 mais plutôt 70 m2 maximum, qu'il ne dispose pas de climatisation et que le coût du chauffage ( par radiateurs d'appoint) peut ne pas être négligeable les mois d'hiver compte tenu de la non-isolation des grandes baies vitrées.

Nicely located and decorated apartment!

Well equipped apartment with everything that you need. Some minor flaws as that the toilet flush did not work perfectly, wardrobe doors not easy to close, kitchenette drawers did not close, and a part of the list to the kitchen counter not fixed. That was though only minor details in a nicely decorated apartment with OK beds and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the walk too old city was just what we needed!

Good location

Just returned from a three week stay at this condo in Almunecar. It was as it appeared in the photos, just a bit smaller, pretty but could be more functional. Very clean upn arrival. The location is great, across from the beach and just a short walk into the old town, shopping and of course the many restaurants. The building itself had very few occupants so it was nice and quiet. The kitchen had lots of counter space, a broken coffee maker, which when called were told to use an ashtray as the base but eventually was replaced. Well equipped with cookery however short on kitchen knives, a paring and bread knife. The fridge/freezer was a good size however the handles were on the wrong side so awkward to open. The condo was nicely decorated but had far too many decorative pieces which took up much needed space. We were aware that there was no AC but there was only one portable fan and it was quite warm. When we arrived the bathroom light over the sink was not working and it was not the light bulb. I was told that it would be difficult to repair? That was not an option as it was needed. The superintendent repaired it easily and shortly after the other light went out by the showere but we did not ask to replace it as we could manage with natural light. There is a shelving unit around the toilet which is not anchored and not secure so that should be looked at. Our main complaint were the beds, very uncomfortable and more like cots. My daughter stayed in the room with two twin beds and the color from the polyester sheets came off on her socks and tshirt. Also customer service was difficult as she stated she spoke English but only through translation, which does not always convey accurately. She also was not in the country so we had to deal with her friend's mother and another woman. It all worked out relatively well eventually. The condo is more for European standards, not North American but we were more concerned with the location. The internet was not strong and sporadic at times but we managed.

The owner, Joana, is very nice and we totally felt welcome at once! The appartment is just beautiful, clean, very good furnished, the view is great and Almuñecar is a very nice place, too! fantastisk lejlighed tæt ved stranden og kort til gamle bydel

En fantastisk beliggende lejlighed på 9. sal med udsigt til strand og hav. Lejligheden indeholder alt hvad vi havde brug for til 4 personer. lejligheden er dejligt indrettet og fremstår meget pæn og velholdt. Ved kontakt med udlejer får man meget hurtigt en tilbagemelding og hun er meget opmærksom på, at tingene er i orden. kan varmt anbefale lejlighed og udlejer for 4 personer.
