"un appartement dont la propreté est à revoir : wc non faits à notre arrivée (tâches d'excréments). Un matelas du lit avec un creux béant au milieu qu'il a fallu combler en entassant des couvertures dessous pour éviter de rouler l'un sur l'autre dans la nuit. Des pratiques malhonnêtes d'encaissement du séjour : le patron n'a pas respecté les options choisies sur hotels.com où nous avions le solde qui devait être encaissé 1 semaine avant notre arrivée. Au lieu de cela, il n'a pas pris d'acompte...
