「It is a beautiful HISTORIC property so don't expect all the conveniences of modern buildings. It is well worth the sacrifice of some of those conveniences to enjoy the peace and beauty of the building. The train does come through multiple times day or night, but we found it interesting to watch. We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and walking around the area. Such COOL murals all over town! Staff was very friendly and everywhere we walked people seemed friendly as well!」

「We make the vintage vibes from the hotel. The pool was clean and the pool area was very well taken care of. Everything was clean, cool and comfortable. It had plenty of space for this mom and her two teenage sons to stay comfortably. We loved it. Super cute. I do wish the pool would stay open later on the weekends since quiet time is from 10pm-8 am. 」

「Exactly what I was hoping for and needed. I needed some time away off the grid and this was what I needed and more. I left 1 star for communication because I didn’t communicate with the property manager. They provided excellent notes and I had all I needed. It was my pleasure to experience this pace and I hope to again soon. I am so grateful for the experience and connection. I do recommend bringing a small fan it was a little warm in the evening. Thank you for building this property! 」

「You are out in the country in the desert. For us, this was a plus. So incrediblty quiet, peaceful and great scenery. Millions of stars with a brilliant twinkling Milky Way at night. Easy to find and lots of free parking. Staff cooked to order; wonderful breakfast. Friendly privately owned property. It is pet friendly but none were there when we stayed. Barking dogs would have ruined it. Highly recommend to adventurous outdoor types. Would definitely stay again.」
