"Beautiful, well-developed property and warm, friendly staff. Our room was spacious, with an amazing view, with a deep mattress and supportive pillows. The hotel has a fantastic seasonal restaurant, a beer garden, and a roof terrace from which to enjoy the views. Guest parking is somewhat limited."

"The hotel is wonderful with great views of the mountains and castle. The amenities were plentiful and relaxing. Breakfast offering and presentation was impressive as was the on premises dining. Check in was a little delayed and we found our room quite warm albeit there may have been a way to cool it down, we just couldn’t find it. Would recommend staying more than one night and take advantage of the local bike trails."

"We were in Europe for 2 weeks. This was one of my favorite hotels. Convenient location. Our room overlooked the street and we loved the ambiance. The room itself was amazing, great bed, the layout was wonderful, the shower was perfect. You can't go wrong staying here."

"I came to Fussen and stayed at the Best Western to start my business trip in Germany. The location helped to have access to the Castle for a fun activity between work. The staff was good and i really liked the consierge Jorg. I was bit flustered when I drove my rental to the property on a pouring dow rain Sunday fresh off the Autobahn. He helped me get situated and I was able to charge the lame hybrid vehicle that I rented. The other staff members were good too, with the exception for some ice cold blonde gal, The breakfast buffet was excellent and was well priced for what you got. It was a good location as well-only being a ten minute drive from the castle,"

"Great cute top floor room. Homey. Enjoyed the tub bath. A/C may need to be cleaned or fixed as it was dripping water. It was cool anyways so turned it off. Love the design. Breakfast had nice options. Staff very helpful and informative."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our room had plenty of space for a family of four. We liked that everything we trying to see or the tourists spots were very close to the hotel, and we were able to walk to it. The hotel is a great, the employees were all very friendly"
