「Apparently new and features excellent daily room make-up and a reasonable breakfast. But the roboticized check-in/check-out was inefficient and uncomfortable. The equipment and systems need to be improved as well as the associated staff training.」

「This resort is located a bit away from the beaches but it is a hidden gem and very comfortable with a great common area, activities and pool area. They have a kiddie pool and hot tub. The SW Fort Myers Airport and Nice Shopping is within 20-35 min away. They have a poolside food /grill option and free washer and dryer access. 「I like the convenience of the efficiency and speedy check in/out. However, didn’t appreciate the very loud refrigerator that kept me up all night every night during my stay. It was also very concerning that I got a call two days prior to my stay to verify my address due to a local phone number and being told they don’t accommodate locals which is saddening. 」
