Altea Hills: Cosy apartment block "Los Lirios", built in 2011. 7.5 km from the centre of Altea, in a quiet position, 3.9 km from the sea, 3.9 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, 2 swimming pools (20 x 7 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking. Shop 7.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 4.7 km, bar 4.7 km, bus stop 4.7 km, sandy beach "Calpe" 11 km, shingle beach 3.5 km. Un paraíso de tranquilidad
Alojamiento limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar bien. La piscina amplia, el espacio muy cuidado. Dispone de plaza de garaje. El contacto con el personal fantástico.
