Fatal estado de conservación vivienda

Grietas en paredes, telarañas en las ventanas, suciedad general rejilla ventilación aseo, pintura paredes desconchadas y mal mantenimiento vivienda. Terraza mobiliario muy antiguo y no renovado. En general l vivienda no aporta la calidad del precio que se pide por ella. La situación es buena.

Es un apartamento ideal ya que es muy ancho, con todo lo necesario para pasar tus vacaciones, tiene una terraza gigante, y ademas se encuentra en primera linea de playa.

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y con muy buena situación frente al mar y cerca de todo. Con todas las comodidades, lo mejor su terraza amplia frente al mar. Y su garage bajo el edificio. La unica pega, la habitación que tiene dos camas era imposible poder dormir, las camas al moverte lo más mínimo sonaban demasiado, era muy incómodo creo que es un detalle que deberían arreglar. En la estancia una persona tubo que dormir en el sofá por ello.

Großzügiges Appartement für Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Lage gleich am Strand ist perfekt. Auch die Nähe zu Restaurants und Geschäften, die bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, haben uns einen entspannten Urlaub beschert. Der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Das Deposit von 200 € für die Schlüssel fanden wir ungewöhnlich, aber letztlich ok. Wermutstropfen war das dauernde Bellen eines großen Hundes aus der Nachbarswohnung und der Zustand einiger Möbel. Wir würden aber wiederkommen

Muy cómodo. Preciosas vistas al mar y muy cerca del maravilloso centro urbano. La pega, el parking...debieran avisar más de su escasa altura...un Peugeot 5008 no pasaba el final de la rampa por el techo bajo...afortunadamente quemando embrague pude salir marcha atrás y no pasó nada...pero debieran dejar muy claro que no sé vaya con un coche mínimamente alto

Durchschnittliche Ferientage

Sehr gute Lage mit lebhaften Verkehr, dass hat man aber gewußt. Eine Tiefgarage die mit 2,20 Meter Höhe angegeben. Die Einfahrt betrug aber nur 1,70 Meter. Ich wäre mit einem XXX XXX wieder rausgekommen. Also Parken an der Straße. Betten erzeugten bei jedem Dreher in der Nacht derartige Geräusche das man wach wurde. Schlüssel der großzügigen Wohnung durfte man sich aus Benidorm holen, hier war die Parkplatzsuche schon sehr zeitaufwendig! Lose Kabel für Fernseher waren störend.

Nøkkel levering

Det er er problem med at man ikke kan få nøkkel ved leiligheten. Nr beskrivelse var ikke god nok. Ved hjelp av flere i bygget fant bi til slutt døren. Ganske frustrerende. Ved avreise så viste det seg at døren i vår leilighet ikke lot seg smekke igjen. Vi sendte flere mss om dette Dagen før vi skulle reise ble låsen reparert. Dette var alt for dårlig .Avtalen med en mann på deres kontor om levering av nøkkel på leilighetens adresse og ekstra betaling ble ikke overholdt. Det kostet meg 30 euro
