Village house with patio

This is a highly-rated holiday home in the emblematic ancient casco of Altea. You have access to the foot of the street.

There is a dining room at the entrance with an American kitchen next to the calles empedradas, a living room with access to a bonito and a large patio where you can enjoy outdoor meals al fresco. The patio also has an exterior shower and a small seat.

It has capacity for 4 people, the first floor has a large bedroom with air conditioning and individual bedrooms, in addition to a full bath with shower. In the second floor there is the second bedroom, amply and brightly as the first bedroom with the bedroom and the equipped technology.

There is a public parking lot for only one minute and one.

Shabby but not chic!

The property provides very basic accommodation. Cold & damp, dark and gloomy and it smells. The upper stairs are dangerous making the top bedroom unusable. Friendly cockroaches in the cutlery drawer, old cushions on the sofa. Would benefit from a brighten up and refurb. Location fantastic, wi-fi fast.

Tranquilida en el mismo centro

La casa está situada a unos metros de la catedral y de la calle principal de los bares y las tiendas. aún así reina una tranquilidad total en la casa decorada al estilo español, pero con toques modernos. Aprovechamos para desayunar del pequeño patio interior al igual como para ducharnos aquí fuera. Las escaleras de la casa son muy estrechas y empinadas por lo que la vivienda solo es recomendable para personas sin problemas a la hora de caminar. Los dormitorios no tienen puertas pero se encuentran en diferentes niveles. El trato con la agencia ha sido muy amable y de gran ayuda al llegar y al partir. Ya que transportaron nuestro equipaje del tranvía a la casa y de ahí al autobús. Lo que se agradece mucho ya que Altea es un sinfín de rampas y escaleras. En total hemos sido muy felices y nos gustaría volver en otro momento.

Casa affascinante in un ambiente magico

Ottima posizione nel centro storico di Altea. Adatta a chi ama le atmosfere intime e spostarsi a piedi. Sono presenti tutti i servizi descritti. Gentile e servizievole il personale immobiliare. Non adatta, però, a chi ha bimbi piccoli o persone disabili.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen gelegenen kleinen Haus. Es ist eines dieser seltenen Häuser, die schon fast eine ikonische Lage haben. Aber trotzdem war es recht ruhig, nur eine Treppe hoch zur Kirche vom touristischen Trubel entfernt. Ein Künstlerhaus, mit vielen schönen Details. Dieses Haus ist geeignet, für alle, die die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Platzes erleben wollen. Es ist jedoch nicht geeignet für Leute, die das eigene Auto nicht vor dem Haus parken, allenfalls kann man durch die engen Gassen fahren, um das Auto kurz auszuladen. Aber auch das ist schon äußerst kompliziert. Parkplätze, die umsonst sind, gibt es in etwa 400 m Entfernung. Das kann aber in der Hauptsaison auch ein wenig eng werden. Außerdem ist das Haus nichts für Menschen, die eine Gehschwäche haben, Weil für diese die Treppe zur dritten Etage viel zu steil ist. Ansonsten ist das Haus wunderbar und der Außenplatz ist schon ziemlich speziell mit hohen Mauern drum herum, aber mit einer schönen abgeschiedenen Atmosphäre, für laue Abende. Die Küche war eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht und die Betten waren bequem und nicht zu weich. Unglaublich schön, dass man den Kirchturm aus einem der Fenster sehen kann. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar. Es ist empfehlenswert, nicht alle Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig anzuhaben, uns ist dabei einmal die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Sicherungskasten ist hinter einem Bild neben der Haustür. Sicherung erst auf 0 und dann auf 1.
