Endroit très beau mais le service de l'agence laisse vraiment à désirer!

Nous payons 170 euros pour que l'appartement soit propre. L'intérieur OK. Par contre la terrasse était remplie de boue et l'agence n'a rien voulu faire. Pas leur faute dû à la météo. De la boue sur la terrasse!!!!!!!!! Si besoin photos pour preuve. On a été enfermé pendant 3 heures dans l'appartement car la porte blindée. L'agent nous a envoyé sa femme, puis le jardiner avant le serrurier. Et là denouveau c'est pas leur faute et qu'est-ce que c'est de perdre 3 heures pour un séjour de 9 jours!(la porte était dur à ouvrir dès le début du séjour). Pas de geste commerciale et refus d'en faire, pas d'excuses, juste c'est pas de notre faute. Je vous déconseille cette location pour le service. Rentabilité uniquement. Impossible de cuisiner avec 3 taques en même temps, les plombs sautent et si vous êtes 6 personnes impossible de se doucher les uns après les autres ou en même temps. Boiler trop petit.Dommage car l'appartement est spacieux et la vue magnifique. Je ne louerais jamais plus via ce propriétaire/ agence de location. Je vous le déconseille! Jamais vu ça en 20 ans de locations vacancières!
