"Fabulous boutique style hotel, very serene & relaxed atmosphere. Decor beautiful, nice indoor and outdoor space, staff amazing, very friendly and helpful. Rooms well equipped, great nights sleep,no noise disturbances. Breakfast available well presented. Spa facilities available for hotel guests. Location great, halfway between old town and beachfront. I stayed for 2 nights and would recommend this hotel if staying in the beautiful town of Altea"

"The service (Stephanie and others) was outstanding! They made us feel welcome from the moments we walked in the door. The welcome glass of cava was a lovely surprise. We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! "

"Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "
