O Hotel, é muito bom, fica em uma região rural, ótimo para um descanso em um lugar muito confortável, só tenho uma reclamação a fazer, o restaurante fica localizado próximo a área da piscina e próximo a sede principal, no entanto não existe cobertura ou o hotel não oferece sombreiros para que possamos chegar para o café da manhã e para as demais refeições e nem se preocupam com isso, tivemos que tomar chuva literalmente, comunicamos o problema na recepção e nem se importaram.

Hotel charmoso e "kids friendly"

Hotel fantástico, sobretudo para quem viaja com crianças pequenas. Dispõe de uma área exterior dedicada às crianças, que inclui piscina com escorregas e parque infantil com piso adequado. Optamos pelo regime de meia pensão e não ficamos nada dececionados; o restaurante é muito elegante e agradável, e a comida tem uma ótima relação qualidade/preço. Ainda relativamente ao restaurante, este está localizado um pouco afastado do Solar Lusitano (zona dos quartos em que ficamos), mas a caminhada até lá é bastante agradável, pois atravessa a coudelaria e é possível alguma interação com os cavalos. O único senão será em dias de extremo calor ou de chuva, em que poderá ser mais complicada esta deslocação até ao restaurante. O staff é extremamente simpático e prestável. O serviço, talvez por ser um hotel recente, tem alguns aspetos a serem melhorados, mas nada que interfira com a opinião positiva deixada por este hotel tão charmoso e com história.

Hotel relativamente novo, numa zona muito bonita, atmosfera muito relaxante e tranquila. Piscinas ótimas, refeições no padrão da rede. Muito interessante o tour pela couldelaria e falcoaria, integrados ao espaço do hotel. Vale a pena !

Excelente hotel. Recentemente reformado, tem uma decoracao sóbria e elegante. O atendimento impecável. O SPA é imperdivel, tem a piscina mais linda que ja vi na vida. O restaurante é bom. O local é agradável e proporciona um contacto com a realidade da coudelaria, que visitei com agrado. Almocei um dia no restaurante, e gostei da qualidade do prato confeccionado. Quanto à higiene e limpeza, a existência de muitas moscas foi-me justificada pela proximidade com as cavalariças, o que é verdade. Mas dentro do quarto, deveria existir um repelente, ou outra forma de as repelir, pois trata-se de um hotel de quatro estrelas.

Um paraiso no meio do alentejo

Chegamos tarde mas ainda estavam a nossa espera . O quarto é muito confortável com tudo o que se espera de um hotel Vila Gale. O pequeno almoço, por turnos para fazer face à pandemia, correu muito bem com quantidade, qualidade mas principalmente segurança. A piscima é simplesmente fabulosa, a repetir seguramente. Como reparo sugiro alguma sinaletica no exterior da coudelaria para evitar enganos.

Bom hotel, mas com refeições a melhorar!

Hotel recente e inserido na Coudelaria de Alter. É confortável e adequado a férias em família, no entanto o serviço de refeições deverá melhorar muito. A pandemia não é desculpa para doses muito reduzidas (fiquei a conhecer o pudim cortado como presunto) e também para a qualidade reduzida da comida (comi um arroz de pato congelado, pois o arroz estava em papa) . Melhorem a cozinha e podem ser um excelente hotel.
