This was a nice place to stay connected to the Blair county convention center. The room had no full length mirror! How stupid is that?

Where should I start? Hair on the bed, the dirty brown rings of dirt in the bathtub, the not so bright white towels, or the brown stains on the comforters? After reporting it, they agreed to clean however, when we returned back o the room, nothing changed! Believe me , I searched within a 40 mile radius for another hotel but every place was sold out. House keeping was a joke! They came into the room emptied the trash, and left the bed’s undone, and no towels. I requested housekeeping and in the 5 ….FIVE nights we were there….only 1 … ONE TIME provided. Description on this hotel said microwave, right? Well… in order to heat up something, you’ll have to leave the hotel room with your food to return to the lobby to heat up your food. How annoying is that?!!!! Roma should have a microwave!! Never will I return to this hotel again and I suggest that you don’t even consider them either!

Well,it is a nice hotel with big rooms,clean,with the stuff we didn't have much interference because we stayed one night.Checked in checked out,nice people. what we didn't like was breakfast. Watery eggs,patatoes fried in old burned oil and dry sausages.Nothing sweet like a danish or muffin.I look for a waffle machine,I didn't see it when we were eating. Later when I was going out the door to the car,I saw it ,hid somewhere after a big poll and tables full with people around it.Stupid place

The carpet was so stained and dirty, the shower was old, air conditioning was uncontrollable. It was truly disgusting. I asked to switch rooms but they said they couldn’t.

Former Courtyard and in dire need of upgrades and improvement. Stained carpet throughout halls and rooms. Dirty sheets on bed. Bath tub with visible crud and dirt. Cracked tile in bathroom. Poorly maintained exterior. Broken furniture in the rooms. Should I go on? Don’t waste your money…

Had stayed before and room was okay. Checked in this time and carpet and room was not as clean. Next morning while straightening the bed I noticed the comforter had a suspicious stain. Left a note for housekeeping pointing out the the stain and asking for a clean one. Came back that night and room had not been refreshed. Called the front desk and asked if rooms were cleaned daily and was told they were. Informed clerk that I needed a clean comforter and fresh towels. He brought them to our room and apologized. Next day no service again. Clerk brought towels for 2 days. When checking out informed the desk that room had not been cleaned our entire stay. No response was given. Will look for other accommodations when visiting the area.

All though it looks as if they are updating lamp shades and drapes are in rough conditions, broken torn. Also desk needs repainted or replaced. All in all great place to stay, minimal traffic and noise.

I spent one night here. The front staff was very friendly and pleasant at check-in. She gave me a suggestion for dinner which worked out well. The bed was comfortable enough. I would say there's a few small things I could use some updating in the room. I found some dust around the picture frames. Overall I would recommend it.
