「Clean, beautiful property. Great for a quick girls’ trip!」

「We got started off a little rough. Maybe it was partly my fault for waiting until one (1) hour before we were allowed to check-in, but I realized we had not received the door code. I combed all the previous emails to see if I missed it somewhere, but it was no where to be found. A message to the property owner/manager went unanswered for 30-40 minutes, so we decided to drive to the house and wait on the porch. After a couple phone calls, we were finally able to get in contact with the...

「House was perfect for our needs. We came to ride the bike trails and this was the perfect location. We found the Des Moines area had more to offer than we thought. The house was clean, well layed out and located near grocery shopping and restaurants. Host was very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay another day.」

「Overall impression: wow this place is spotless CLEAN! Everything was new and very nice. Pet friendly too was so appreciated. Nice quiet neighborhood, quick drive to fairgrounds. Beds and furniture are comfy and the central air conditioning was heavenly! Hope to stay again the next time in Des Moines.」

「Nice older house in a great neighborhood. Great value. Nice back yard. Very clean and functional. 」

「We enjoyed the time we spent there. Mostly during the days we were gone, but enjoyed spending the evenings playing cards and games. Seemed like a quiet neighborhood and we took several walks. Thank you.」

「Great place, centrally located, cool AC, all the space we needed and more! Easy communication with the hosts and even got to see an owl in the backyard trees. Would definitely choose this property again!」

「Host was very good with communication. The house was exactly what we needed and good location.」

「The property did not match my expectations based on the listing photos. Upon arrival, there was a strong stale and musty odor throughout the home that I found difficult to tolerate.I also observed several maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including a missing outlet cover with exposed wiring, multiple exterior-access doors that were unlocked, paint spatter in various areas, visible dust buildup, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and an overgrown yard with trash present.I understand that...

「House was immaculate, beds were comfortable, hosts had thought of everything to make guests time enjoyable, posting pertinent info throughout the house, allowing us to check in early. The house has been updated to optimize space, and decorated really well. There was plenty of space for my teen kids, a few of their friends, and I during a two night stay while attending the IA State Fair. My kids had a blast playing just dance on the 3rd floor game room and using the hot tub nightly. The nightly...
