“We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts which we loved and expected the same experience. However, we were very disappointed with several things. The drinks at the pool were awful and the staff could have been more friendly. Even the inside bars and restaurants did not know how to make a simple cocktail. The entertainment could use improvement, we only noticed a couple of exercise classes in the pool and a couple of dance lessons during our 5 night stay. All of the activities, music by the pool,……
