The property was gorgeous and lots to do and animations for the kids. We all had a great time. The Santa coming on a boat to the resort and handing gifts to every single children was a nice touch. Friendly staff and all multilingual. Not pushy like other timeshare resorts.

Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long.

Food buffets were excellent and we felt like there was variety each day. The pizzeria was an unexpected surprise, freshly baked in a hearth oven best I've had in years. Beaches and pools were enjoyable, especially the activities in the plaza, the infinity pool. Crepe bar was very good. Many activities all day. Friendly staff and guests. Weather was great. Family friendly. We used talixo from and to the airport. Would definitely return. This was our first all inclusive.

Everything was ok, except the water. Me my wife and my friends got a stomach problem. We used a bottle water for drink, but for ice and clean fruits and vegetables they use regular water. Food was excellent

The worst expirience, my wife get food poisoning, I order scramble eggs and it came with a hair inside. Most of the people sound eveything except get you what you need. Never go back there.

This hotel was basically the equivalent of a budget all inclusive. I would describe it as a Sizzler combined with a Motel 6. Also, they play super loud music at the pools a beaches - nothing relaxing about this hotel
