Room was not ready so we canceled the reservation upon arrival with the managers approval and assurance our payment would be refunded but so far it has not been returned. Now manager will not answer phone calls or respond to inquiries. Stay away!

This stay was affordable and convenient. The staff was great. The room was small but enough space for a quick stay. The bathroom was very nice. Overall a I had very good stay.

Good for the money

Outside of hotel was very dated. The room was meant to be lived in as extended stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast nearby.

The motel is actually quite nice, and my room was up to date. The room was on the small side, yet, the furnishings made it feel comparable to other hotels in this price range. Alturas is a city in transition, and some of the area near the hotel seemed a little sketchy -- but there's not much that a motel could be expected to do about that. All things considered, it met my expectations.

In the process of refurbishing. Most fixtures, towels/bedding brand new. Original design makes baths inconveniently organized (but usable). Will go back because it's getting better!
