“Dieses Hotel hat aus unserer Sicht keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die Terrasse war voller Mücken und Ameisen, und die Insekten waren sogar im Zimmer. Natur hin oder her – das darf kein Standard sein. Auf dem Zimmer fehlten ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Auch einfache Kosmetikartikel wie Wattestäbchen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, die Bettbezüge lösten sich ständig, und die Kissen waren hart wie Stein. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Besonders enttäuschend……

“We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!”

“The reception staff were all very kind and helpful especially Yorgos whom we met when we arrived . The cleaner too went out of her way to make us feel as comfortable as possible . We had a lovely room with a sea view which was a wee bit noisy as it faced on to a busy boulevard but we slept well nevertheless . This hotel is ideally located for access to the port .”

“Die Unterkunft ist neu und direkt in der Innenstadt. Parken um die Ecke möglich. Alles in allem sehr gut. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: der am Zimmer befindliche Balkon kann nicht betreten werden”

“We travel to Patras, from Nevada, USA, every year to head on the ferry to Kephalonia! This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in Greece! Staff phenomenal! So clean, friendly and helpful! Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb! A must stay in Patras! Yamas for an excellent experience!”

“Absolute scam! The biggest disappointment of Greece. Nothing in the hotel is matching pictures. Travelled in early April 2026 as a couple. From check in to check out everything was horrible experience. As we arrived there was large group of teenage students checking in, around 40 people so it took a while in the queue outside under the rain as they did not fit in the reception area. I have specifically chosen and booked this hotel for double bedroom with terrace on the sea view, and got none of……

“This was a tastefully decorated, modern hotel with all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso maker for an early morning espresso - my favourite. It was super clean , the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful and an oasis of calm amid the chaotic centre of Patras.”
