Fantastic everything you need

Great sized property, pool , tennis court , games room , Owners really nice very helpful whenever you need them and respected your privacy when you didn’t. Didn’t want to leave would recommend to everyone

Perfect

We stayed at villa rosa August 19 and absolutely fell in love with the place. Robert and Deborah were perfect hosts, very friendly and available whenever we needed anything but also left us to it when we didn't. Villa rosa is equipped with everything we needed and we loved the large pool and games room. If you are looking for a get away from it all break then this villa will be perfect for you. We will definitely be back in the future.

Well equipped and peaceful

Very relaxed away from it all holiday. Owner and his wife around if you need them but leave you in peace if you don’t. Fantastic pool but would be a bit of a worry if you had little ones as it’s quite deep, it was ideal for us. Every where neat and well maintained. The tennis court was very tempting but we had a very hot week so resisted. All in all would definitely recommend and go again.

Exceeded Expectations.

As described, but exceeded expectations. If you want to chill out, if you want to walk, explore, test your spanish, a great strike out place, then this is for you. The owners are informative, extremely helpful but not in your face. Close enough to many places if you want it, but extremely quiet and relaxing if you don't. We did 3 weeks and would have loved longer. Would recommed to anyone and would certainly hope to return again. Thanks to the owners for a great holiday chill out.

A perfect Location - a fantastic holiday.

We found this villa on the internet by chance. This is a really lovely and pretty villa in an outstanding location nestled benath hills and mountains and a 20 minute drive from beautiful sandy beaches. The orange groves are wonderful and there are beautiful walks in the forests.There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. The villa is really lovely with verandas on 3 sides. Robert the owner has been a wonderful help and we have been made very welcome, whilst Debbie has provided us with reflexology and massage which we can highly recommend. We have visited with our dog and the garden is all fenced in and very suitable and safe. The weather for February was mostly good with temperatures ranging from 11 to 22 degrees C - but we were still able to sit out most days for breakfast and lunch. It would be nice to come back in warmer weather and use the pool. It is a great place to stay. Thank you Robert and Debbie. All the best to you from Cherry, Urban and Poppy.

Great house, great location

We stayed a week at the end of July and had a wonderful time. Robert and Deborah are great hosts and are very helpful. The house is very nice although you live in the summertime mainly outside. The pool is clean and warm. We loved the dogs and the cat who are around if you want. Deborah gave great massages, highly recommended. The house is located in a quiet and green valley. A car is needed to get around. Great beaches are nearby and the train from Alzira takes you in 35 minutes to Valencia. Thanks again for a great stay!

Endroit calme et reposant

Merci à Robert et Deborah pour leur accueil et leur discrétion tout au long du séjour.Maison très agreable, les ventilateurs nous ont aidé à supporter la chaleur et surtout la piscine...quel bonheur! Nous n'avions presque pas besoin de sortir tellement les activités de la maison nous suffisaient...piscine.tennis, billard....etc...xativa et son château a visiter!et Terra Mitica a 1h est a faire avec les enfants...!!Le chien sunny boys est adorable et bien élevé, il obéissait quand on ne voulait pas qu-il rentre dans la maison.Bref nous avons passé 15 jours super agréable !

Great location and relaxing stay

We needed to spend a number of days in Valencia over two weeks but also wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the superb countryside south of Alzira. The location was perfect for this and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Vacances au calme entre les montagnes et la mer

Nous avons trouvé à Vila Rosa un petit coin de paradis ! Deux semaines au calme, une jolie maison équipée avec le matériel nécessaire et s’il nous manque quelque chose il suffit de demander et Robert nous l’apporte ! De quoi occuper les enfants et les parents avec la piscine, le tennis, le billard et la présence de Sunny ;-) La localisation est un point de départ pour de belles randonnées! A quelques pas de la mer et de la ville, nous avons fait un saut jusqu’à Valence pas très loin ! En bref super séjour, un super accueil et des conseils de visites par Robert !

Amazing villa and location

Beautiful villa, everything you need for a family of 6, made even more special by Robert (owner) and Sunny, Roxy and Roger - the villa pets. Nothing to much trouble and lots of helpful advise. The location is superb, in the mountains with beautiful orange trees all around. 15 mins to supermarkets and beach - all sand with a gentle slope into the warm sea. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again

Villa Rosa is a wonderful relaxing home from home!

My family had a wonderful stay at villa Rosa. Robert and Deborah were incredibly helpful when needed but kept out of our way when not! The pool is perfect! So relaxing with stunning views into the mountains. I would say this is perfect for you if you are looking for a relaxing, get away from it all break rather than one full of activities as the villa is quite remote and it’s a good 30 minutes to the beaches and towns. The villa itself is well equipped and comfortable. It’s worth noting that the villa doesn’t have mains water so it is not suitable for drinking although absolutely fine for washing etc and there was plenty of hot water for showers! Just be aware that the nearest village is a fair walk away, not a walk you want to do with heavy water bottles so worth stocking up at the nearest supermarket before you arrive!

propre agréable et tellement tranquille

pour une visite à notre famille nous nous sommes rendu dans cette villa parfaite pour décompresser, située au milieu des orangers au calme. la villa est en parfait état et très propre. pour avoir beaucoup loué dans cette région, cette location fait partie de mon top. près des plages de tavernes et de valencia. mes enfants ont adoré l'espace jardin et le terrain de tennis. Dernier point très positif: les propriétaires, Déborah qui nous a accueilli est une personne prévenante et très agréable préservant la tranquillité de ses locataires. sans oublier les oranges et pomélos qu'elle nous a donné. Robert, souriant et agréable toujours prêt à nous rendre service. notre coup de cœur restera Sunny-boy qui nous a tenu compagnie tout au long de notre séjour faisant la joie de nos enfants. Johnny Au final une semaine d'avril reposante et relaxante comme nous recherchions.

Une villa vraiment très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille avec de grands ados dans cette très jolie villa. Tout était parfait. La maison est en très bon état, bien décorée et bien équipée. Elle est située dans un endroit calme pas trop loin de Valence et à proximité de belles plages très bien entretenues. C'était un bonheur de pouvoir se rafraichir dans la piscine après une journée de visite. Et pour nos enfants il y avait plein d'activités sympas : tennis, badminton (raquettes mises à disposition), billard. Ils ont adoré. Il y a aussi plusieurs petites randonnées à faire aux alentours, au milieu des orangers et dans des petites montagnes. Le paysage est très joli. Nous avons eu un peu chaud (la température est montée jusqu'à 39° en journée) et le grand ventilateur installé au plafond dans la chambre parentale était le bienvenu pour la nuit. Bref : je recommande sans hésitation. Thank you Robert and Deborah for your kindness and your valuable advice. See you soon.

Een hele aangename week gehad in deze villa met heerlijk zwembad en erg aardige beheerder

Fijne slaapkamers en goede douche. Tot s'avonds laat lekker buiten kunnen zitten op de mooie terrassen. Zou het aanbevelen bij familie en vrienden

Een comfortabele woning. Met veel mogelijkheden.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. Ook de eigenaar en zijnvroyw zijn erg behulpzaam. Zijnvrouw geeft ook heerlijke massages waar wij ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Even heerlijk ontspannen. Wanneer je in dit huis verblijft dan is het zeker aan te raden om gebruik te maken van deze massages. Zwembad, tennisbaan en poolbiljart en de massages zorgen voor een aangename vakantie. Ook de golfbaan op 5 minutenrijden is een aanrader. Geweldig.

Great house in great area

Great house in a great place. We were 6 guests in the age16-82 years old and we all loved the place! Good space both indoor and outdoor. The pool was great, large and lovely! Easy to park the car on the property. The host were great, they helped us from reservation to arrival. They gave us a lot of recomendations of places to visit and was very helpful. They even offer us to buy some grocery to us since we arrived late on our arrivalday. We can highly recomend the house and we hope to come back one day!

Excellent !!!!!!!

Je rejoins tous les avis....hotes charmants, serviables et tout et tout. La maison est sympa et la piscine d un grand secours par cette chaleur. Pour un prix abordable Bref, je ne vais pas redire ce qui a été dit plusieurs fois. Je recommande cette maison pour ceux qui veulent la mer pas trop loin (15 minutes env.), sans pour autant être dérangés par la ferveur d'un bord de mer. Pour les amoureux de golf, celui de"LA GALIANA" est de toute beauté avec un prix très honnête de 65 euros voiturette incluse (prix à ce jour). Many thanks Robert and maybe, see you another time with friends for golf.

Excellentes Vacances

Très belle maison, conforme aux photos. un bel environnement : joli jardin, cour de tennis, salle de billard, et la piscine... FORMIDABLE. Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances. Encore merci Robert pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse. Tout était parfait. Les enfants se sont bien amusés, et vos recommandations sur les visites étaient parfaites. Nous reviendrons, c'est une évidence. On espère l'année prochaine, mais pour 15 jours. Une semaine passe trop vite...

Excellent séjour

Propriétaire très accueillant et très gentil. Maison conforme aux photos et pas de mauvaise surprise. Plutôt bien placé pour découvrir pas mal de coins : Alcira permet de rejoindre Valence en train en 1/2 h, la plage la plus près à 15 mn est bien et on peut rayonner plus bas facilement. Le billard a été très apprécié par les enfants! Merci Robert pour les œufs frais et les tomates.

Waouh! Toute notre petite famille ''joyeuse', comme vous nous avez surnommés, vous dit un énorme merci ! Avec les larmes aux yeux... Vous êtes des hôtes merveilleux avec toutes ces petites attentions si particulières et ce, dès notre arrivée. Vous nous avez donné beaucoup de gentillesse. Chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, vous répondiez présent ! Des fruits à gogo du jardin. La maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille.... Eh quelle paëlla, waouuuuuuh...

Voiture indispensable. Lieu isolé, calme, permettant de bonnes nuits reposantes. 2 salles de bain, pratique quand on est nombreux. Grand jardin entretenu, beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées à pieds ou à vélo (fournis). Mais Juillet est bien trop chaud, heureusement la piscine a beaucoup aidé supporté la canicule, c'est certainement meilleur septembre ou même octobre. Propriétaire très sympathique, discret mais serviable.

Super Haus mit tollen Vermietern

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Natur aber auch dicht an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind die nettesten und hilfsbereitesten Leute die wir je im Urlaub kennen gelernt haben. Das Haus kann ich jedem der es buchen möchte empfehlen. Trés bon séjour avec de nombreuses activités

Très bons moments passés car la villa est très agréable et bien située: - au calme avec une vision de chaque pièce sur les orangers et les montagnes - à l'écart de la grande route d'où de bonnes nuits et surtout bien située pour faire de nombreuses randonnées pédestres et de beaux circuits en VTT jusque dans les vallées environnantes dans des paysages superbes. En plus, le propriétaire est très accueillant et très serviable tout en restant très discret. Nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter alors nous reviendrons l'an prochain, un peu plus tard dans la saison et pour mieux profiter des extérieurs de la maison très bien équipés pour les loisirs.

Unas vacaciones perfectas

En tan sólo una semana este chalet nos a marcado a toda la familia para toda la vida, siempre nos acordaremos de aquellas maravillosas vacaciones que pasemos en este chalet, lo tiene todo relax diversión una buena barbacoa para cocinar de todo y un fantástico dueño que en todo momento se preocupa de que no falte de nada.Muchas gracias por todo Robert el año que viene volveremos seguro.
