「I had multiple issues. I used Expedia as a booking agency for a COMPETE purchase. Once I arrived, I was told I had to pay a cleaning fee. This information was not listed on the website that I would incur additional fees. I would have stayed at a nicer hotel, if I knew I would be paying in addition to my original price.
The front desk attendant was not friendly. I asked her t to call my car from the valet, so I could put my belongings in it. She said, “They don’t do that; you will have to take...

「We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again!
If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!!
Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood.
If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

「We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good...
