There were stains on our bedding that was off putting. Also the check in process was confusing and I received scam emails about this reservation. So I think my data was leaked somehow. The location of the unit was excellent, and our stay was good overall. But I probably wouldn’t book anything managed by cozy suites because it felt uneasy / risky.

Myself and three other ladies traveled from Philly to visit New Orleans and loved our stay at this Roami location. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in perfect distance from all of the hottest places to visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and stay at Roami. This location was the best, near the fun, but not right in the loud noise of the fun.

This was a great place to stay! It was easy to get to most places. Check in and out were a breeze. We had the 2-story 2-bedroom and it allowed for privacy. It was clean and well organized. I would definitely stay again.

The place is just as lovely as the photos! There's so much space, and it's really quiet, too. It's only a 5-minute walk to Bourbon Street, and getting an Uber to other spots is super easy. I would absolutely book here again!

1st off I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom at no additional price. The space was incredible, spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, hot shower with so many amenities. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Great price also. I would not hesitate to book here again and will recommend to my friends.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Roami Hotel's "Cozy Suites," and the experience was truly five-star from start to finish. We booked an upscale two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft apartment, and the unit was nothing short of impressive. Our local visiting family were absolutely blown away by the space, confirming its high quality and authentic New Orleans charm. The apartment itself felt less like a temporary rental and more like a minimalist, stylish home. The bright, open-plan space with its thoughtful, minimalist decor provided us with the perfect canvas to truly relax and feel at home. But the real standout was the amazing kitchen. Being able to bring back fresh goodies from the French Quarter and the nearby Art and Business Districts to cook in a fully equipped, high-end kitchen was an incredible luxury that elevated our entire trip. Location is everything in New Orleans, and Roami’s position is ideal. We were perfectly situated—close enough to easily walk to the best dining and shopping in the French Quarter and the vibrant CBD, yet just far enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep away from the constant noise of Bourbon Street. An added, critical bonus was the proximity to the Cruise Port; being just minutes away gave us precious extra time to relax and savor our stay before embarking on our cruise. We HIGHLY recommend Roami Cozy Suites to anyone looking for a spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located base in New Orleans. It truly offers the best of both

It's a beautiful apartment with a washer and dryer, great interior design, and a cool kitchen. It was very comfortable and fairly quiet. This was my second stay at this property and it did not disappoint.

Good location, less than 15 minutes walk to main attractions. Suppose to be a non smoking facility but definitely smelled like smoke. Clean enough but could be better. Calm location but can get noisy outside building. Place does not provide parking. Paid around $45 for 24 hours but you take a chance on losing your spot if you move your car. It wasn’t a busy weekend so we didn’t have any trouble with leaving and coming back to our spot. Recommend this place & will return.

Roami at Factors row was the perfect base for our New Orleans trip! Located in a quite part of the CBD, but within just a few blocks walk from the buzzy French Quarter - it meant we could be part of the action, but also get some peace! We stayed in the three bed, 2 story apartment - it was HUGE! Brilliant facilities, we all had our own bathroom and plenty of space to relax (including our own terrace). It was different not having a physical reception or staff on site - but we didn’t have any issues getting in or finding what we needed. The area was perfect - I was nervous as I’d heard that New Orleans can be dangerous in the evening, but that wasn’t our experience at all. There are lots of spots nearby for fantastic food and drinks… and it’s walkable to all the tourist spots. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Roami. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Canal Street, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only downside is our room was next to the street where the streetcar went by making it a bit noisy. If staying again I’d ask for a room on opposite side of hotel.
