Beautiful hotel with lots of history! The staff were great, they really went above and beyond with such genuine southern hospitality. The location is right in The French Quarter, and within walking distance of everything! And, if you are into the paranormal this place is quite active, especially room 208 and the hallway on the main floor!

The AC worked in the rooms, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful over all. The ice machine worked (and with how hot it was that was very important to us), shower/bathtub was nice but due to the heat the water never got cold when on the cold setting. The bed we had sank in towards the center of the bed so that took a night to get used to but thankfully did not hurt our backs. I would reccomend bringing a fan with you in the hot months as not all the rooms have fans in them and the stanget air in the summer time can leave you damp when sleeping. It's in the perfect location for easy access to everything you will need in the quarter and will defiantly stay again if the opportunity comes up.

Check in was bery efficient, and done via email. Day of, i received the code to get in and my room #. I was allowed a courtesy to park my motorcycle in the guest parking. Sunday evening, I saw tourist groups taking photos of my motorcycle infront of the Hotel. I also took a photo and would love to share it.

Its haunted 👻 for real. I was in room 211 and the boys definitely do pull stuff off the bed or towels off. And you can hear the footsteps up the stairs. Its smells divine! The staff is amazing. I loved it!

We’ve stayed here before but this time we were disappointed! We even choose a superior room on the second floor and it was very outdated. It definitely needs some major renovations and updates! - floor was dirty - bed linen didn’t feel fresh - sofa and armchairs very worn, could hardly not sit in them - staff felt tired and not service minded - no staffed lobby after 6pm Not the cozy, old charm feeling we thought we would feel. Unfortunately we will not be back to this hotel. There are so many more cute hotels!
