“The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!”

“This property is unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. As soon as the gates open you are transported to another world. The pictures don’t event do the house justice it is like staying in a museum with beautiful artwork and artifacts everywhere. The property is also perfect located near both sag harbor & Southampton with so many great restaurants and shops. My whole family had an amazing time including my dog! To be able to share this and bring him along was incredible he got to get up close and……

“The aptly named Charming East Hampton Cottage was a beautiful oasis with lush gardens and comfortable accommodations. The host was very gracious and friendly and communicated with us as soon as we booked the home. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. ”

“The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch……

“We came out to East Hampton for the week to see family and friends. A few work friends came out for a night. Doug’s house is beautiful, well designed and perfect for entertaining. Doug is also a great communicator and if you have a question he gets right back to you through vrbo messaging. I highly recommend this house.”

“Our week could not have been better, we loved this house and Montauk! It was such a relaxing week! The house had everything to make the stay with our 16 month old grandson so easy! Our older kids loved the pool and hot tub and easy walk to town each morning for coffee! Carter was an excellent host, very responsive and so nice! Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!!”

“This house was perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Nice big backyard for our son and dog to play in, great little deck and grill. Although it wasn’t warm enough to swim, we appreciated that the pool area was fenced in so our little one couldn’t get in. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. The extra bonus was the playroom downstairs which kept our son occupied while it was raining. The only negative is the driveway is a bit hidden and on a busy road, but once……
