“We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Santa Caterina. The property is breathtaking, perched on a cliff with panoramic Amalfi Coast views and a private elevator leading to a serene private beach.
There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view.
Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly……

“The hotel only allows check-in for very limited time frame and if you don’t arrive during that time, then you cannot check in, and they don’t care. The Manager is not on site and the person who is there is the cleaner, is only there for a limited time during the day, speaks very little English so she is not really able to assist with any requests or problems. We were greeted by her shaking a finger at us, yelling “no, no, no!” When we said we were there to check in. We had to get our taxi driver……

“The bathtub leaked when we took shower.My friend slipped after a shower as very very wet floor. fortunately no hurt for her. Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects.
Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level”

“This hotel is special for so many reasons. All the staff were excellent and so helpful and kind and attentive. Claudia and Enrico were exceptional and we got to know them. So super kind.
Rooms had everything you could want and were perfectly cleaned and detailed. Breakfast was special with so many options and the views were unbelievable from our own balcony. We were very touched by our stay at the hotel and the people that own and work there❤️❤️❤️”
