  • The apartment. is located in Tovere, a hamlet of Amalfi about 7 km from the center of Amalfi, it offers the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with a glimpse of the faraglioni of Capri. Apartment on 2 levels, ground floor: kitchen, parents' bedroom with private bathroom, upper floor: children's room with private bathroom. Externally patio equipped with table, deck chairs and barbecue. Possibility of airport shuttle, free street parking 50 meters from the apartment. Bus stop for Amalfi at 50 meters and at 500 meters also minibus for Conca dei Marini beach at 50 meters. Very panoramic and quiet area

Authentic taste of how locals live

This place is just a gem. And the host is absolutely amazing and accommodating. It is a little tricky to find, but it is the staircase across from the bus stop. This is a traditional style apartment for the area and you really do feel like a local staying there, especially with the traditional garden there. Lovely view of the ocean while sitting among a tangle of garden. While it is a bit of a drive to Amalfi, proper, because the bus stop is across the street, it is stupid easy to get into Amalfi proper. The host even provided us with a fist bus ticket to make it easier. The bus stop outside the apartment is the one end of the route and Amalfi is the other. So no worrying about where you need to get off or how to get back. Plus, it is a beautiful and slightly exciting ride both ways. BTW, the fig cutting is rooting nicely. Thank you!

The place is very difficult to find. We were never able to meet Barbara. You are only able to text her. Rosario mentioned store was a 10 minute walk. It was actually 20 minutes away with a grueling walk back. We had a difficult time with the door lock until I greased it. We did not have a working long lighter for the stove. My friend used the only available cigarette lighter to light the stove and she burned her hand. The light in downstairs bedroom did not work and the shower would flood. The residence neighbor is that very nice . There is an extra tax you need to pay at the end of your stay you are not told about.

L'appartement est entièrement conforme à la description et très bien entretenu. Situé à moins d'un kilomètre de la mer il en offre une vue panoramique. Les proprios sont très accueillants, disponibles et peuvent préparer un savoureux menu table d'hôte. L'accès et le stationnement sont très faciles. À recommander sans hésitation.

"Vaste et agréable appartement dans une jolie maison avec belle vue de la terrasse et des balcons. L''appartement est bien situé (10 minutes d''Amalfi), pas sur la côte même (la mer est à environ 5 km), mais au moins le calme est total et on peut garer son véhicule sans problème et gratuitement. Si l''on n''a pas de voiture, une ligne de bus passe juste devant la maison. Les propriétaires sont charmants."

"En plus de découvrir la Côte Amalfitaine, nous avons découvert un lieu des plus charmants où se loger. L’appartement est vraiment coquet, super propre, avec ses deux balcons avec vue panoramique sur la mer à faire rêver. Tout était complet tel que la description donnée. C’était avec hâte que nous retournions à notre logement après une journée de visite pour retrouver la savoureuse quiétude de la campagne. L’appartement se situe à environ 10 à 15 minutes du centre-ville d’Amalfi. Un service d’autobus est à 50 mètres de la résidence; il faut bien s’informer des horaires de service. À partir d’Amalfi, vous pouvez vous diriger vers toutes vos destinations. Mais, la seconde surprise est l’accueil que nous avons eu de la part des propriétaires Rosario et Barbara. Ce fut un réel cadeau pour nous. Ils ont été une vraie richesse pour faciliter notre séjour (même pour le déplacement, au besoin). Très disponibles, de vrais guides touristiques et de plus, super agréables. Nous avons même partagé des moments ensemble comme des amis. Une magnifique famille! Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu privilégié pour la visite de l’Italie. "

"La casa è meglio di come appare in foto, è elegante curata nei minimi particolari molto pulita e funzionale. Parcheggio sotto casa. Il posto è silenzioso e tranquillo,dalle terrazze si vede la costa fino a Capri sulla destra. Veramente bello e rilassante, si può tranquillamente stare a casa a prendere il sole in terrazza con il mare di fronte. I proprietari sono gentili e ospitali e ti fanno sentire a casa tua immediatamente. La casa è in un piccolo borgo con una chiesetta lontano dalla confusione. In 15 min siamo ad Amalfi; sotto casa c''è Conca dei Marini che è bella e riservata. Siamo in mezzo alla costiera con i vantaggi della tranquillità. Con facilità arrivi ovunque, noi abbiamo visitato Pompei ed Ercolano. La sera puoi stare a cena in casa in terrazza oppure in un ristorante vicino o a Positano (40 min.) E'' un posto speciale dove assolutamente torneremo per la prossima vacanza nella costa Amalfitana! "

"Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in mehr als 400 m Höhe mit wunderschönen Meerblick , abseits vom touristischen Rummel, bei guter Sicht mit Blick auf Capri. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktionel eingerichtet. Wonderful house about 400 m over the coastline with wonderful sea view (with Capri during good weather periods) Barbara and Rosario are very helpful and sympatic persons"

"La casa corrisponde alle immagini che si vedono. Spaziosa, pulita nei dettagli, dotata di tutti i confort, dal digitale terrestre alla connessione wi-fi. C''è una bellissima terrazza da sfruttare! I proprietari inoltre sono gentilissimi e sanno consigliare le migliori soluzioni per arrivare in qualsiasi luogo. La macchina si può parcheggiare sotto casa in tutta tranquillità e volendo ci si può spostare semplicemente in autobus. Per arrivare al mare si può prendere un autobus sotto casa, mentre per arrivare ad Amalfi o zone limitrofi si può prendere un altro autobus sempre nelle vicinanze. Lo consiglio a tutti, da chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all''insegna della tranquillità e del relax come a chi invece vuole girare e conoscere le zone limitrofi. Ben posizionata e vista spettacolare!"
