Villa Bougainville is a welcoming one-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Bougainville you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Bougainville is 115 square meters (1240 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Amaroni, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Squillace Lido beach) at 12.8 km (roughly 7.9 miles). You will reach Villa Bougainville from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Bougainville you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a wood bench and with a table, chairs and an external shower. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and a refrigerator with freezer. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
AnnexBedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
