“Imóvel muito antigo e estado de conservação deixa a desejar, mas a cama era confortável, chuveiro saía bastante água e quente, silencioso, funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos, resolveram todos os problemas que surgiram prontamente! Café da manhã super completo com Muitas opções mesmo! Portanto, embora o estado de conservação seja ruim, o custo-beneficio é ótimo. “O atendimento é muito bom porém a estrutura do hotel precisa passar por revisões de funcionalidade, torneiras pingando, ar condicionado não funcionando direito, cheiro de mofo no apartamento . A garagem não comporta veículo de maior porte tipo pick UP. ”

“it is a holyday resort at the edge on the Amazon jungle. keeping in mind this, the resort is spectacular. within the resort there are clean wooden boardwalks and which goes then into silty jungle paths. there are good daytrips available. what you can't expect is hot water in the shower. the 90minute transport from the airport to the resort is well organized and pretty picturesque. ”

“El hotel es muy lindo, algo descuidado en el jardín, tienen una alberca en la que no se puede nadar porque está sucia. Muy agradable y tranquilo, les recomiendo habitación con aire acondicionado (aunque es un poco antiguo, funciona perfecto). Para bañarse lleven shampoo, ya que ellos solamente te dan unos mini jabones. Nos quedamos 2 noches en total. Yo reservé sólo con un día de anticipación y no sabía que el hotel tiene servicio de bote para recogerte en Puerto Nariño, caminando desde el……

“I didn’t stay at hotel. The hotel misrepresented their location. I chose the hotel because of its location in downtown Leticia; they are not located in downtown Leticia, they are located about 5 miles away from Leticia’s downtown. Anderson, the front desk employee, who also claimed to be the owner, wasn’t understanding about the situation and no help in resolving it either. Luckily, I have family in the country familiar with the city of Leticia, they put me in touch with a local travel agent……
