“Basically it's a great experience for my travel. The location is perfect if you have planned to go to Capilano Suspension Bridge or nearby attractions such as Capilano River Hatchery. And it's convenient for reaching South Vancouver downtown (~ 15 mins).”

“Hotel and location were great. Mixup on the reservation meant that I was charged double- once through a travel service and then directly through the hotel. The hotel would not refund the duplicate booking so I paid twice for one room. This was disappointing, in addition to being woken up in the middle of the night by a person screaming obscenities outside of my son’s room. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.”

“Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided……

“The room we stayed in was almost directly above the pub, so it was very noisy until 10 p.m. The staff were friendly and did their best to meet our needs during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and impressive.”
