The house is located in a residential development, where respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood is essential. There is a landscaped, enclosed garden of around 400 m², a swimming pool and a large terrace with garden furniture. Facing due south, you can enjoy outdoor lunches thanks to an automatic awning. Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... you name it!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite overlooking the garden, with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and storage space

First floor:
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: two 80cm single beds that can be joined together (twin beds)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Ambon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
