「Amazing stay! This is a gorgeous cottage with no detail overlooked. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard is such an awesome surprise with a pergola, outside dining, fire pit and outdoor furniture. You will truly feel like you are staying in a home and not a rental. Two adults and one pup-child enjoyed every minute of our wonderful stay!」

「We had an amazing stay! This was perfect for transporting our soldier to his AIT at Fort Lee. It is 5.3 miles from the base, so we were granted a Family Pass for the weekend. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a Food Lion right down the street, and a nice backyard for grilling and chilling with our Soldier. Wilcox Lake is close by too for Fishing! 「 Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back」

「The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again 」

「The location was excellent for travel needs and was close to shops that were needed. The house and yard was overall clean. Check in was easy. James was accessible if needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was quiet and there were cameras that made us feel extra safe.」

「This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property. If you want sleek, modern, and quiet, this is not the place for you. But if you want charming, cozy, and comfortable, this is your spot. We stayed here for two nights with our young adult children and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space, but great gathering spots indoors and out. 「One of the best equipped kitchens in a rental house we have ever stayed in. The house is not close to a lot so a lot of driving is necessary if you want to see things beyond the property, we didnt mind though. We welcomed the quiet and silence for the week. We loved that our furry baby was allowed to come with. The outdoor spotlights did not do anything to provide light at night, that was our one complaint. Also that the pool light didnt work so we couldnt be in the wonderful pool after dark....

「We were longtime residents of RVA and relocated and now come back 3-4 times a year to visit friends and family. This is the best short term rental that we have come across. Photos on website were very accurate to what we found in the house, clean, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and a great location for our needs. 「Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.」
