Our host provided many thoughtful details to make our stay comfortable. My family felt welcome the moment we stepped over the threshold. We were greeted with snacks, plentiful towels, as well as games and amusements. Every effort was made to make the space inviting for a families.

This house was great! Everything was very clean and we only had limited clean up for ourselves during the check out process (which is always appreciated). There was ample space for everyone. Amenities were wonderful and we appreciated the availability of household staples and supplies. This was a great spot for our dogs - lots of room to move around and play outside.

Place was very nice. A little tight in shared spaces and bedrooms, but everything was modern, nice beds, good showers, quality towels and bedding. Coffee bar was fully stocked and left some snacks at arrival. Backyard was nice with horseshoes and air hockey in shed and swingset. Property managers were fantastic... sent long list of activities, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops in the area and were very communicative for check-in, etc. E.g., the ceiling fan remote was missing in one of the rooms and they sent a floor fan for us to use. Only slight downside was that the neighbourhood was a little sketchy (post-industrial area of Richmond, former working class area where the jobs have kinda left, but didn't feel unsafe).
