「The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again 」

「We came to Richmond for my Brother's wedding. There were 9 adults and we had a blast. The house was centrally located to everything that we needed. New house and was appointed nicely. We would stay here again!」

「Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.」

「I travel often and appreciate owners who know how to create a well-kept and relaxing experience. The place was exactly as described (in excellent condition). The owner was very professional and extremely helpful. I had a superb experience without any challenges. It was great to enjoy this well-maintained home away from home location and the city of Petersburg.」

None of us lived in Petersburg so we opted to find a place large enough to hold our entire family. The place is most suitable for adults and there are stairs to get to any of the bedrooms or bathrooms so be sure you can walk up and down stairs. 」
