This well-appointed townhome accommodates 9 guests in 3 bedrooms plus 1 additional sleeping area. All bedrooms are on the third floor and have blinds, allowing easy light control and privacy.

The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bath. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full bunk bed. An additional futon is in the office on the main floor.

There are 3 full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

On the third floor, the master bedroom features a full ensuite bath, and there's another full bathroom just across the hallway for guests. Plus, a third full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor next to the office. You won't have to worry about a thing—these well-stocked bathrooms have everything you need and more!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully designed home provides a pantry in addition to a separate laundry area. The dining area seats 6 guests at the wooden dining table.

The lounge is situated on the second level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services.

The office features a desk with a lamp and an office chair, along with a sofa bed that can sleep one person. There's also a closet with hangers, a crib for kids, and a shelf for storage.

The garage can fit one vehicle and comes with a ping-pong table and all the gear you need. Plus, it now has a garage door opener for a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Happy with stay overall

Communication was a little frustrating but the property was great and exactly what we needed and where we needed to be. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and overall a great property.

I wouldn’t stay here

Posting was misleading initially about a 4th bedroom that didn’t exist. Parking on street is not convenient and congested. Front door access code didn’t work. Access link provided was difficult to access. No blankets in the house. Living room rug is not thick enough to sit or lay on, hard to play with little kids. Dog poop all over property. Ping pong paddles are in extremely poor condition and ping pong balls missing…couldn’t even use. Property manager expected me to purchased paddles and then get reimbursed for them. House was okay, nicely decorated, but overall experience wasn’t positive.

Garage is a plus

Having the garage made this stay convenient. Many of the other properties we looked at did not have a garage. We just hoped there were dressers in the rooms or hangers in the closets for our clothes. Mirrors in the rooms would have been nice as well. Overall it was a nice clean property.

Fine place but horrible experience if there is an issue

My family and I had an overall decent experience staying at this property. The problem was after we left. My daughter accidentally left her school chromebook so we contacted the management company to make arrangements to somehow get the computer back. Many messages were sent back and forth and there was delay after delay and excuse after excuse. I offered to pay for shipping and I offered to pay handsomely for their time to resolve this. But nothing happened except more excuses. Finally, after 10 days, I started to become frustrated and upset. In their reply to my message they stated 'we can't stay on top of it since we manage several properties.' So, that is the problem with this property: it is managed by a company that oversees many other properties and they can't stay on top of issues if they arise. It took 2+ weeks for our issue to be resolved.

Good stay, but not as clean & missing items

The place itself was nice and the area seemed safe, there was a lot of neighbors who had no regard for their dogs defecating on the yard and it was everywhere. There was a lack of necessities and we had to buy them or provide for ourselves like toilet paper, blankets, & pillows. The kitchen items were there, but if you plan to cook for a large group, be prepared to be super resourceful or to order door dash. The cleanliness was okay, the shower curtains has some mildew on them, found a toenail at the top of the stairs in the carpet, and the couch had tons and tons of crumbs and wrappers under the cushions. All in all, it served the purpose for our travel, but we probably won’t stay there again.

Privacy concerns make this a no for me in the future

This property was very spacious and beautiful. It did have some places you could tell the housekeeper had not done a very good job at cleaning prior to our check in, and it had not a single hand or dish towel. It also has no remote control for the garage door opener, which is honestly a pretty significant inconvenience, especially since it is a townhome and exiting and entering it aren’t exactly smooth and easy because of how it is situated to the road. Thankfully, the towel needs were easily and quickly resolved. The most significant reason why I could not return is because of what appeared to be a camera inside to the home, perched above the front door, with easy view of a hallway that has a bedroom and bathroom. I did put a washcloth over it, and I did share these sentiments with management immediately upon check in. All I got back was a thanks for my feedback; I have been provided with no other explanation. I have no idea why there is a camera there. As perfect a location as this is and as ideal a property size it is, I would not recommend it if privacy is of concern to you.

Gorgeous New Condo

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo is new, clean, bright and very spacious. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. The host was quick to respond to my messages and made it easy to extend the reservation. Truly a great vacation spot!

Beautiful clean property, easy access to freeway. Appreciated the garage so much. Full flights of stairs between levels, no problem for our group, but might be difficult for older guests. Would stay again if ever in the area! 🤩👍

Felt like home. Will stay here again!

This is a beautiful, new townhome. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the lockbox when we first arrived, but the owner had it fixed within minutes. My only piece of advice is to bring an eye mask for sleeping (or if the owners could put curtains up in addition to the blinds). There are a lot of exterior lights in the complex and it makes it very bright in the bedrooms at night. It didn’t bother my husband, but I just kept an eye mask on the nightstand in case I woke up in the night and my body thought it was morning. There was no TV in any bedrooms which I loved, but my husband was bummed about. My favorite thing may have been the checkout process. It was so easy. They didn’t ask me to start a load of towels, take sheets off beds, or do backflips down the hall. All they asked was for us to take our belongings and lock the door. It was super refreshing and SO helpful as we had to rush out early that morning. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to communication. Will 100% stay here again!

Comfortable and Clean Stay

The property was easy and comfortable. There were some basic items that we did not think to have on hand that made the stay just a bit more comfortable. It was very clean and not cluttered allowing us to feel relaxed and enjoy our stay. It was close to shopping and restaurants as needed. It was a bonus to be able to pull into a garage to park which made it feel more like coming home each day after activities. I would definitely stay here again. Very pleased with this stay!
